Pulp preparation and juice extraction section. The main task of the machines working in this section is the best milling of the fruits to pulp.
Depectinization section - Depectinisation process is carried out in acid-proof tanks which are equipped with stirrers (mixers).
Filtration section - Unclarified juice after depectinisation process is pumped to the ultrafiltration system.
Storage - Juice condensed in the evaporation station is cooled and pumped to the equalisation tank and after standardization to stainless steel storage tanks.
